We keep the temperature between 71 and 73 degrees for all our yoga classes.

This is my first time to the studio.
Welcome! For your first visit please come 15 minutes early to fill out some first time paperwork. You can register for your first class online, but this is not mandatory. First time students to Kosha Yoga can purchase one month of unlimited yoga for $30 (in state residents only) or half off your first class, $9.50.

I don’t have a yoga mat or yoga props, what should I do?
Kosha Yoga has yoga mats, and other props such as blankets, blocks and straps on hand that you are welcome to use free of charge. Many students bring their own yoga mat, but that is optional.

I haven’t done yoga in years, what class would you recommend?
We generally recommend that you start off with a calm or moderate level class.

I am not very flexible- is that okay?
Yes, very few people start off as flexible when they begin a yoga class! Our teachers are trained in modifications and adjustments that will enable you to do the yoga poses at your level and ability.
