The Sanskrit word Kosha means veils, and it relates to the five layers of our being, body, energy, mind & emotions, intuition, and bliss. At Kosha Yoga we teach classes that focus on bringing balance and peace to all the koshas. We keep the temperature at our studio at 72 degrees.
